PLUMBING

• Annual Whole Home & Plumbing Inspection:
• Inspect water pressure & test drinking water.
• 50% off Water heater flushes, If needed (storage unit tanks only)
• Inspect water heater & service lines.
• Label all shutoffs valves.
• Dye test for toilets to check for leaks & ensure proper operation.
• Inspect inside & outside drains for proper flow.
• Inspect garbage disposals for proper operation.
• Inspect all emergency shutoff valves for proper operation.
• Inspect all faucets for leaks to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect all under-sink traps & shutoffs.
• Inspect main water meter & sump pump Inspections.
• Inspect all outside spigots.

ELECTRICAL

• Inspect main distribution panels, breakers & fuses.
• Main panel wiring inspection.
• Inspect the outside meter, enclosure, & main feeders.
• Inspect for proper surge protection.
• Inspect and test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
• Inspect all accessible lights, switches, dimmers,
• receptacles, & celling fans.
• Inspect any exposed wiring In the attic, basement & garages.

RENOVATION

• You can receive a 10 ¼ discount on a renovation project up to $500.
• Taking advantage of our Matterport service at a so 50% cost. For information on & scheduling of the Matterport, please see information on the renovation’s website.
• Avoid the inconvenience of taking time off during the week & schedule your project estimates for a Saturday!
• How can I get that remodel going? 
  We offer design consultation for your kitchen, bath & even basement remodel with your membership.
• That honey-do list gathering dust on the counter? We offer members a dally rate handyman service to check those Items off for you.
