We had a major soft clog in our main drain. My wife gave me the contact for Marines Service she was given from a colleague at the DAR. I called the number that evening, left a voicemail, and asked them to call me the next day. They called the next morning and a drain specialist showed up at the time we agreed. We discussed options and sorted out the situation, agreed on the price, and they fixed it by noon! We were impressed! We called Marines Service to deal with a kitchen drain blockage and were very pleased with the result. Within an hour or two, they had removed the disposal unit, snaked the line, sent a camera down the pipe, reinstalled everything, and tested the flow. Highly professional service
I had clogged issues under the kitchen sink that another plumbing company could not resolve. I contacted Marine Service and scheduled an appointment. Eric and Cameron came in the following day. They were both highly professional and thoroughly explained the services/options available to correct the problem. I observed and compared how these professionals carefully prepared the area to prevent damages like the one done by the prior plumbing company under the sink. Eric and Cameron also took the time required to finish the job right the first time instead of rushing and determining that it could not be done like the previous company. Eric and Cameron were able to unclog the sink using the snake. On the contrary, the previous company could not correct the issue using the snake and wanted me to pay for a more expensive service. I almost agreed to pay a much higher price for the repair because I needed the issue corrected. However, I am glad I did not. Observing and comparing services between two different companies was valuable because I quickly noticed the difference in the quality of service. Besides the lack of care from the previous company plumber to adequately explain things and properly prepare the area, I noticed that Marines Service added a piece to the tip of the snake cable. The previous plumber did not use the snake head. Also, Marine Service offered more fair prices and allowed you to combine options for a reasonable price. Here is another area in which the previous plumbing company failed. The previous plumber wanted to charge full price to move forward with another service besides the snake, which did not solve the clogged issue. I reported all these issues to the previous plumbing company and was issued a full refund for the inconvenience. However, it is getting harder to find honest and good service. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent services provided by Eric and Cameron from Marines Service Co. I will continue using your services and recommend you to all my family/friends.

Terrific job fixing our drain
Steven and Jamie did a terrific job of fixing our clogged kitchen drain and using the video camera on our main sewer line. It wasn't easy with several 90° turns in the pipes, but they stuck with it and were able to clear the gunk from the pipes.
