I generally don't leave reviews that are going to be less than five stars, and in this case, I would give 6 if possible. James Jordan, our technician, came out on an emergency call when our HVAC people said our problem was electrical. He quickly proved it wasn't, explained everything to us clearly and concisely, and then stuck around to speak to the HVAC technicians to make sure we were taken care of. The man truly went above and beyond and was wonderful to work with on a day that was going horribly from the start. He was even nice to our overly friendly cat.
Will definitely be using this service again and asking for James if needed in the future.
